Windows 10: How do I get the razor seiren mini to work for my pc?

Sound settings show 100% volume output which means that it's otherwise working perfectly, but it does not seem to detect any sound outside of settings. I have tested the mic on my laptop and it works just fine there. I have also checked and configured the settings in device manager and sound settings. It is already set as my default mic and privacy permissions have all been allowed. The mic is still not working. Currently i have 2 audio drivers installed; AMD high definition audio device, and AMD streaming audio device. my device specsrocessor AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-Core Processor

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

Unable for format Mini PC - X5 with Windows

I recently purchased a X5 Mini PC from the following site and was trying to have a clean install of Windows 10 instead of the pre-install copy with android.

During the installation process, I was thrown with an error stating that "Setup was unable to create a new system partition: Fix for Windows".

1. I have tried to work on this for a couple of nights along with this
   guide to use diskpart to pre-format and prepare the disk. But
   it didn't work, the same error still occurred.
   
2. Others suggest that it could be an UEFI locked issue and I should disable the secure boot option. However, the APTIO Setup Utility does not provide me with any option. I tried adding administrator password in security, hoping that it would enable the option as other suggest, but it failed to work.
   

Does anyone have similar experience or is familiar with BIOS and UEFI to lend a hand? Much appreciated.
