Windows 10: How do I get the taskbar to disappear in full-screen Start menu WINDOWS 10 ONLY

As a person who uses windows 10 and wants to make it a windows 8 at the same time without changing the OS to an older one, I want to make the taskbar hide while in Start menu with full-screen turned on. Also, how do I create diagonal scroll? Anyways, it would really help if this is answered. Thank you, Microsoft employee or question answerer or other windows 10 user or... I can't think of anyone else.

Windows 10 Start Menu - part disappeared

Somehow part of my Windows 10 Start Menu disappeared - the portion where all the apps are listed. The tiles are still there, as well as the taskbar and the windows icon. Can anyone help?

Windows 10 Start Menu Disappeared

Hello,

After several operations on Windows 10 and Office 2016 upgrade, the windows 10 start menu disappeared. Taskbar and right start menu are OK.

I tried most of suggested methods including many powershell commands, however none works. Can anyone provide a working solution? It is not only a app menu, I found there are differences when installing software.
