Windows 10: How do I get the touchpad option in my settings without buying a trackpad?

Currently remoting into my PC from my samsung tablet. I got most of my mouse functionality that I want, including right click, and scroll. However a key feature I'm missing is middle click. I'm aware that windows touchpad allows triple tapping to engage middle mouse, however I don't have that option on my PC. is there a way to force that setting on my PC?

touchpad/trackpad not working properly

Since updating to Window 10 my touchpad/trackpad commands such as two finger scrolling, zooming in and out, ect, are not working at all. I can't even find the option to turn them on or off in the settings. These touchpad/trackpad commands or shortcuts
(whatever you want to call them) are something I use regularly. Without them using my computer is rather frustrating. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this and get my touchpad/trackpad working properly again.

No. Because the troubleshooting guide on device manager wont even resolve my solution as it is also a basic and one of the primary steps to do but no avail. Tried installing powerplan7 and trackpad++ suggested by relentless on apple forums but with
no success for me. Until now i can't use windows 10 installed on my macbook pro 15inch late 2008 because of the trackpad/touchpad failure.

Alright, just in device manager? how will I reinstall it btw?

yeah I reduced it a bit, but I don't like it too low when I have to poke the trackpad to get it to click.

edit: I tried reducing it to the lowest possible setting but same problem
