Windows 10: How do I get the touchscreen working?

So about I think 3-4 years ago I bought the YOGA Lenovo, touchscreen laptop, I don't precisely remember the events, but the touchscreen stopped working, the driver somehow got deleted, and now after being reinstalled it does not work, the driver is there but it's location is elsewhere, meaning I think I added a external driver, but it wasn't working before that as well. Is it possible to restore the original touchscreen?

touchscreen no longer works

I have an HP Pavilion 24-g030xt with touchscreen. In device manager under Human Interface Devices it doesn't list touchscreen monitor. My computer is about 18 months old and the touchscreen works fine until about 2 months ago. Any suggestion?
