Windows 10: how do i get the usual apps the would come with a new pc

i reset my pc and chose local reinstall windows. But it didn't come with none of the usual Microsoft apps that new pcs come with.

I suggest you please follow the below steps and check if it helps:

  Type notification on the search bar and click on
  notification & action settings.
  
• 
  And click on select which icons appear on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Turn on show app notification separately for each app.

You've gotta be kiddin' me. There must be some way to disable this "Get the App" notification or else I'm staying away from Windows 10 for good. Total nonsense. This feature won't be available to Enterprise users, will it?
