How do I get time limits to work again on child's device?

My child is set as a standard user on their computer as opposed to an administrator but the time restrictions via the app are no longer working. How can I fix this so that I can once again set time limits on their computer device? It used to work very well but now doesn't seem to work at all.

    :)

  3. Child Time limits not working

My child's account is not blocking after time limits or based on time of day, as it is entered into the schedule

It does log his time, which I can see when I look at his activity tab. His account is also not blocking apps that it is supposed to block. For instance, his activity log shows how many hours he was on Chrome, but then on the "Content Restrictions" tab, it
shows that Chrome is supposed to be blocked.

    - I have followed the steps on this page: Fix screen time limits not working - Microsoft Support

    - Windows is up to date

    - His account is logged in. And it has been verified.

    - I have searched many other threads, forums, etc.

time limits not working on child account

I have two children, each with their own Microsoft account. My older child's account works just as it should, but the time limits my younger child's account spontaneously turn off. I tried calling Microsoft support, but they were unable to resolve the
problem (or speak English clearly). My account password is currently 22 characters long, I change it often, and I have 2 step verification, so I'm pretty sure my kid is not hacking in and turning it off. I also checked recent account activity and it showed
no log in to my account when the time limits turn off. Has anyone else experienced this problem? were you able to resolve it?
