Windows 10: How do I get to account.live and repair my login .?

I can't even find a place to log on to account. Com ,,, I am completely down please help

• Are you able to login to the same account using web browser?
• What is the exact error message?

I suggest you to reset the Microsoft account password once and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
