    how do I get to chat with a live person about a billing issue


    I bought 2 new laptops with Windows11, newest one was a Christmas gift on December 25, 2024. My subscription says on Microsoft account page that it renews on December 25, 2025 for 99.99 plus tax. I was debited for Microsoft 106.99 on February 24, 2025. I want it refunded but I can't seem to get anyone to talk to who can help me.

    Microsoft Live Chat Support or Help with Issue

    Getting to an agent via Live Chat took me over an hour and was extremely convoluted *Confused. So much so that I honestly cannot recall all the steps I took. I believe their system is designed to have one go on a 'treasure hunt' as all other sites with live chat have that little chat pop-up.

    Live chat support - Talk to a person feature not working

    I've been trying to get support from the live chat of both Skype and Microsoft (including the Get Help app of Windows). None of the topics suggested addresses my question, so the chat app finally gives the "Talk to
    a person" option. When I click it, nothing happens. It's supposed to give options like 'call me back' or 'chat with a person' etc, but none of those options appears. There's just a box that says "Talk to a person" but the options are not visible. Is this just
    a glitch, or is the live chat with a person feature not yet functional?

    www.windowsphone.com
    • click on Support and troubleshooting
    • Then click on Getting support
    • then click on the icon that says "Billing" and on the drop down click on "Contact Us".
    • Start a Live Chat and you will connect directly with a Windows Phone support agent to solve your issue quickly.
