Windows 10: How do I get to talk to a technician again after being promised that I would be called back...

Please respond.I talked to a tech support member about not receiving my msn emails. After the technician couldn't help me she told me that I would be receiving a call back at 7pm yesterday, Pacific time. I'm still waiting 24 hours have passed. I'm missing important emails.Thank you,

Chillblast PC dead - Press On and a flash from Power-on LED then nowt

I also use a PC from Chillblast (for 8 years) and have found their staff to be most helpful, even years after purchase. I suggest that your first step should be to ring them and talk through your problem. A phone call won’t cost anything, and their technician might give you a good pointer towards a solution.

Have had level 2 technicians promising to fix my system all week. We arrange tuime for call-back - THEY NEVER CALL>

I just need to talk to a level 2 technician.

My system seems to be suffering multiple issues - none of which are resolved despite the repeated promises of technical support people.

I was told on Friday the best bet was a complete system reinstall - clearly I need Tech support to do such a thing. I've wasted 4 days of last week and the entire weekend try to get this sorted. it is now Sunday evening and I NEED my computer for a
very busy week ahead. PLEASE WILL MICROSOFT TECH SUPPORT ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL>
