Windows 10: How do I get Windows 10 word 16 and epson To print

How do I get Windows 10, word 16 and Epson wf 3620 printer to print a folded booklet? No matter how I turn it manually it is wrong. Worked with Windows 7 and word 3. Pls help. I've spent days with this.

Black ink not printing properly

What do I need to change in my computer to make my black ink print properly. I just bought a new Epson printer because I could not get the old Epson printer to print the black in without misses whole sentences, faded ink and blurred words. It would print
anything in color perfect. So I bought a new printer and it is doing the exact same thing. The odd thing is that when I set the new Epson printer up, the test page that it printed was perfect with the color and the black ink. So what is it with my printer
that will not allow the black ink to print correctly? I called Epson support and they said that it was something in Microsoft word. I do print primarily from Word, but I tried printing from Adobe also and had the same problem.

Incompatability with Epson 7510

I moved my Epson 7510 from my office which was Windows 7 to my home which is Windows 10. I have installed the Windows 10 drivers, gone into my downloads and changed the compatability there as well. When I print, there are no words, It can print pictures
just fine, but it prints now words except from the Epson Test Page.

I talked to Epson and they told me to run all of the maintenance which I have and then they said it must be the print heads, but that makes no sense as 10 hours ago it was printing at work and moving it to my house should not hurt the print heads.

Any suggestions anyone has would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!!!

 

There is no Windows 10 word 16. There is Office 2016 Word. As for getting it to print to your printer. You need to install the full software package for your printer from epson.com.

 

I'm talking about 3 things. Incompatibility of Windows 10, word 16 and my printer. Don't know which is keeping me from successfully printing a two-sided book fold. They worked together with word 3 and Windows 7.

Thanks for straightening me out. should I get preapproval from u if I say anything else? No one has ever suggested to me that I am ineloquent or impolite. your info re my question is helpful though. And I thank u for that.

 

I know what you are talking about and there are only two things to worry about. One is the Printer Software to allow you to do customized print jobs. The other is that once you get it installed, no matter what program you use, it will do what you want.

Windows 7 and Word 3 are ancient news at this point and have no reason to enter the discussion, since all it will do is mess you up talking about the past, not talking about the present and current issues.

 

I would suggest to not act that way, since that is how you end up with your posts not getting answered. This is not a democracy, everyone is here to help each other. When one of us suggests or states what you need to do to solve your problem, you need to try it, instead of wanting to run in circles.
