Windows 10: How do I get Windows 11 to start up the correct programs in the correct desktops upon restart?

The concept of multiple desktops in Windows 11 is great, but Microsoft seems to not have thought of something important, namely, having windows restart applications in their appropriate desktop upon the unavoidable update restarts arghhh!!!. How do I get Windows to start up the correct windows for Chrome in one desktop e.g., my work tabs, and the correct windows for Chrome in another desktop e.g., my personal tabs. This goes for any other program, e.g., Word, Matlab...

Program list (in start menu) not in correct order

In Windows 10 Home 22H2, using Classic Shell, my list of installed programs is in a strange order.
Single programs are listed, then a list of of folders, them more single programs, then more folders.
Each of these lists is in fact in alphabetical order but obviously but should not be mixed up like this.
Is there a simple way to correct this.

Spelling auto-correct isn't working

To resolve your issue about Spelling auto-correct, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Use the Windows + I keyboard shortcut to open the
  Settings app.
• Navigate to Devices and go to Typing.
• Under Spelling, switch the Auto-correct misspelled words and Highlight misspelled words to the Off position.
• Restart the computer.
• After restarting the computer, go to the same settings page and turn back
  On the Auto-correct misspelled words and Highlight misspelled words
  feature.
