Windows 10: How do I get windows security back on my reset computer?

Hi I recently reset my school computer, ever since I did a thorough cleaning and factory reset, my computer will no longer connect to the internet properly. It prevents me from getting into sites and also my App Store. I checked my settings and found that I no longer possess virus and threat protection and I no longer have a virus and threat protection app. I’m powerless here on my computer. I’ve tried to update it to which the computer says I can no longer make updates due to my engine being unavailable. My troubleshoot will not work properly either. How do I fix this problem?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
