    How do I give consent to a child account?


    How do I give consent to a child account? I created an account for a 12 year old, but when I am prompted to either sign in to give consent, I get an error message. "Something's not working It's not you, it's us." I tried creating more than one account and still get the same message.

    Manage my child’s profile info an it said use the
    You can use this page to manage the child accounts for which you provided consent but yet there is nothing I can click on to remove consent for that child.

    Hello there. This is Emily.

    Just want to make sure these are the steps you followed. When you log into the organizer's account (https://account.microsoft.com) and click on Family, do you see your child's account listed? If so, click on the three dots on the child's icon and click on "Manage consent". On the next page, remove the consent first, then you can proceed to remove the child account.
