Windows 10: How do I give myself back admin

I was messing around with trying to remove the sign in from the lock screen and added my microsoft account using the netplwiz command, made that account the admin and the local account standard and now I can’t sign in with the microsoft account, so I have no admin. How do I give my admin permissions back to the local account, or sign in to my account successfully. Every time I try to sign into the microsoft account the admin account I hot the sign in button and it does nothing

To resolve the issue, we suggest you check for system file corruption. To run it, check these steps:

• Right-click (or press and hold) the Start
  button, then select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Enter sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/").
