Windows 10: How do I give myself full Admin rights to do certain things?

Whenever I try to install certain things or run stuff as administrator on my windows 11 pc the window that window comes up that says "to continue enter an admin name and password" never has a spot to put it or a yes button. I have checked the "net user" command in command prompt but the administrator space it empty I have tried almost every single tip online to try and add one but everything I try always ends with me having to enter the admin username and password to continue. It is very annoying and it feels like I can't do anything on the PC.

admin rights keep disappearing!?!!

Hi guys,

I am actually having a problem at work that our IT department hasn't been able to figure out. I am supposed to be a member of the admin group. We are on a domain. The problem is that everytime I reboot the computer I loose my admin rights(no longer in the administrator group) and just become a normal user again. I have tried googling this and didn't get to many results.
I believe IT is just giving me local admin rights, not admin rights for the whole domain.

Any suggestions?

Admin rights

Well now you see my issue. I am restarting explorer with admin permission, but nothing changes. It still says I need admin permission when I try to do anything with the files.
