Windows 10: How do I go about retrieving/finding an Nvidia item I accidentally uninstalled in settings?

I accidentally uninstalled something to do with Nvidia that helped all my games run super smoothly. I have no clue how to re-find the same item I uninstalled through settings. How do I go about finding what I deleted/just getting it back another way?

How to retrieve accidentally deleted to-do item?

I accidentally deleted a to-do item in windows calendar to-do list. I immediately shut off the phone but still it's synced already and I can't find it online.

I know it probably is impossible to retrieve it, but still worth a try.

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

 

Accidental uninstalls

TrustMe: Yes, System Restore is turned ON. But when I press 'Scan for affected programs' (I didn't run it yet) it doesn't look as though it's going to change anything. Should I run it anyway to find out if it helps?




CountMike: I did not download the games, they showed up after my 1st install.


I don't know if this helps, but this is my Standard Local Account. When I checked my Administrator Local Account, both games (Disney Magic Kingdoms & Hidden City: Hidden Object Adventure) are still listed.
