    How do I go back from preview build to stable windows when the roll back period has expired?


    I tried out the preview build but its has many bugs and my search is also not working, how do I go back to stable 1903/1909/2004 without losing my files? Or will I have to clean install windows 10 and lose all my files?

    How do I go back from preview build to stable windows when the roll back period has expired?

    Rolling back

    hey,

    If you are in the 30 day period of installation of Windows 10, you can roll back by the following steps:

    • Open settings
    • Update and Security
    • Recovery
    Now select Go back to Windows 7.

    The process would take some time and your windows 7 would be restored.
