Windows 10: How do I go past the "working on it" message? Switch out of s mode

I got a laptop that came with s mode and i can't get rid of it. It always gets stuck on the "working on it" message and no matter how long I wait it doesn't change. I've tried restarting, updating, cleaning my cache, but nothing works.Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

 

Switching out of S Mode

I am having trouble switching my laptop out of S Mode. I went through the steps that are listed, and the Windows Store is updated and it won't let me click Get when you go to the screen to switch out of S mode.

OK here goes step 2

typed explore.exe into the box get message
"Cannot find 'explore.exe' make sure you have typed it correctly and try again"

I have rebooted and restarted numerous times over past 2 days and I even tried switching user accounts as suggested..no good
