Windows 10: How do I got about getting back into my account if i dont have accces to the number on file...

I dont have any access to windows in order to take the steps suggested.

I am stuck at the login/password screen.

For recovery it suggests an old mobile number I dont have and the other option is e.mail reset. Which again is an old e.mail I dont have access to.

Is there any way I can gain access or create a user or admin user as suggested. But without access to the control panel such as from boot screen (f2 on startup)

I have some old college files I'm looking to retrieve but also ideally would like access to the laptop. As otherwise it is usable. If a bit old.
