I have uninstalled Microsoft Word Games Premium because it would not load. How do I reinstall at my level?

Cannot install Microft Ultimate Word Games

Cannot install Micsroft Ultimate Word Games on my Windows 10 PC.

I get Microsoft Store Error Code 0x80246019

 

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games premium

For about a week, I have been unable to load the Word games. I have reset, and uninstalled, to no avail. The last time I tried to install it, the game was not premium and it started me at level 1. This is the 2nd time there has been a problem with the
game's not loading. I've uninstalled it for good. Unless Microsoft can give it back at the extra maps level, I don't want it.
