Windows 10: HOW DO I INSTALL .MSI FILES AND GET ACCEESS TO UTILITIES SUCH AS EDIT GROUP POLICY AND DISK...

I reset my pc and removed everything, when the os reinstalled automatically I realized im missing some utilities like the edit group policy and disk management that were there before my pc was reset. I cant install .msi files it says get suggestions from microspft store, Windows key + X shourcut wont open the menu also when i right click on the windows icon it wont open. what should i do

Edit Group Policy

Group Policy is only available in the Pro, Enterprise and Education versions of Windows, if you have Windows 11 Home or Home Single Language, the Group Policy utility does not exist in that edition and it cannot be added to it.

 

GROUP POLICIES IN WINDOWS 10

You can change Group Policies by opening Group Policy Editor first. You can open it by following these steps:

• Log in an administrator account. If you are already logged in as an administrator, proceed to step 2.
  
• Press Windows + R to open Run.
• Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
  

After opening Group Policy Editor, you can now make the necessary changes that you want.
