    Hello JessicaColeman2,

    I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I want to apologize if you encountered this issue. I understand you want to install Microsoft Quick Assist.

    Press Start then Search Manage optional Features

    Check first on the list if Microsoft Quick Assist is present, If not

    Click Add Feature then find Microsoft Quick Assist

    Click Install

    After that, Press Start then search Quick Assist
