Windows 10: How do I install Windows 10 onto Windows 7 when I get error code 0X80072F8F - 0X20000?

I have purchased the Windows 10 Pro licence to install on my PC which is currently running Windows 7 Home Premium. When I click 'download Windows 10' it downloads the Media Creation Tool; however when trying to run this tool, an error box appears citing error code 0X80072F8F - 0X20000. I purchased this licence via The Unity Soft who have advised to seek advice from Microsoft directly. I have looked on various forums for troubleshooting and have done the following:- uninstalling antivirus- checked for upgrades all systems up to date- checked genuine version of current Windows 7 Home Premium -

i just want create installation USB, but i cant run this tool on Windows 7 due error 0x80072f8f - 0x20000.
What should I do? Tried administration privileges and turn off antivirus.
