Windows 10: How do i know if a componet is damaged or make my laptop work slow?

Hello, recently my laptop started to work slow like a few weekends ago, i did not payd atention to much since im busy whit work The problem i ocucrred is that my laptop began to be dificult to use in games , whenever i try to play a game it goes from like 150-200 fps to 03 or 04 pretty offten which make the game lagging and unplayable at all .I tryed offline games thinking the network conection may be the problem but is the same, and troubleshouting but doesn't work since says it could not find any problem or fix , also my laptop turns off few times untill i can log inis there any way to fix

1. Can you manually force an update?

I ran Windows Update troubleshooter and came back with Windows Componets settings are wrong. Too many on network? Which is strange I have a laptop and a wifi connection through AT&T Uverse, just internet, no network of other users.
