Windows 10: How do I know if I used a document that disable macros but it is for school so does it...

So this is for school and I am using a document that my teacher attached and the macros was disabled so does it matter? or would what I typed in save to the document

Disable Windows 10 Macros?

I frequently use a third party app called Macro Express. Occasionally when I run a macro a problem occurs that trigger a period of erratic activity. The document is damaged and has to be restored to continue. It appears that the problem may be caused
by a conflict with other built in macros in the system.

To test this I need to disable all conflicting macros. How do I disable all Windows 10 macros? Tnx
