Windows 10: How do I know if my laptop has faulty drivers?

Hello, I have been getting this certain problem from my laptop and I cant seem to fix it. Every time I would open my laptop and open an application, the whole laptop would freeze then the sound would play this corrupted sound and then when it unfreezes, the wifi is gone and I would have to restart my laptop again. I have no idea if its about the faulty drivers but I had microsoft support help this issue and no one seems to have resolved the issue. It would either be drivers are not updated or there is something wrong with the motherboard but I am not sure yet

Laptop driver/reformat question

This is excellent advice. Writing down the list of installed devices prior to re-formatting will save you a lot of heartache. With that list, you won't have to try to figure out exactly which wireless card or web cam driver you need since there will likely be several to choose from.

Regarding your issues with the touch pad on your laptop, this could have happened due to several issues like compatibility with driver to Windows 10. To resolve your issue, we suggest that after you have downloaded the latest version of touch pad drivers.
