  2. How to check if my laptop supports Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP)?

Hi, I'm using HP EliteBook 840 G6 Notebook PC (Product Number: 7YF14UP) which has a 14" touchscreen and running on Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1809. How can I check e.g. in the Settings or Control Panel whether Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP) is supported?
I plan to purchase a third party stylus pen that uses MPP to work with this laptop. I have checked with HP and they said to contact Microsoft for confirmation. Thank you.

I have a Latitude 3140 2-in-1 laptop, the Dell pen brochure says it works with Dell Active Pen – PN350M which I don't know what version of MPP. Does the laptop support 1.51 and 2.0 versions as well?
