Windows 10: How do I know if someone downloaded windows 10, again

Staples, and don't answer if you hate them, installed a new RTX 3050 graphic card and 2x8 Ram. To make a long story short it did not show in my Task Manager or anywhere else like Device Manager or Info Information. How he can say he had no problem is beyond me since today I had to buy one 16G stick because it turned out that one of the two slots was bad and I could not use one for the memory.When I put it in myself and started up the computer, I immediately checked everything. First place was control panel. About 10 items were listed. Paint, Snip Tools, I think three lines for NVIDIA, and seve

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 forced download

I actually had a client call yesterday with an email problem. when I tried walking him through some steps, he says "Yeah, I don't see that there, but I think it's because it's updated to windows 10. It did that a few weeks ago. I came back in on Monday, and it said Welcome to Windows 10"..... I think I'd throw the computer out the window.
