    It can be a compatibility issue between the pen and your tablet. We suggest that you visit the manufacturer of the Bamboo Ink pen for the list of devices that are compatible with the pen.

    The pen keyboard only works with English USA

    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • What is the make and model of your pen? Did it come bundled with the device?
    • Are you using the built-in Touch keyboard to write using your pen? Are you using a third-party program for handwriting recognition?
    • Were you able to use the pen with English (UK) in the past?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
