    How do I log a user off of a lap top that no longer works for this company


    I have a laptop that a former employee was using and now that that person no longer works here I am unable to log her off of this laptop. Everytime that this laptop powers up it, It powers up with her name showing and I do not know how to change that.

    Dell Lap top

    Cheers Mike, its been laid up for at least 36 hours , but will leave it longer, must give in windows 10 has never liked that lap top, Cheers Dave

    Dell lap top problem

    The Dell lap top starts up and then after a minute shuts off. It told me to go to this site "recoverykey.faq. what is my next step to correct this problem?

    My account was closed by Microsoft, now unable to log in to my new lap top with it

    My account was closed by you. I got it reopened on another device, but am unable to log in to my new lap top with it. When I type in the pw, it just returns back to beginning and asks to sign in again. Pw works on account on another device. Now the lap top is useless
