    How do I log in after a the “wait for two hours” message pops up?


    So a few weeks ago my boyfriend gave me his laptop. I noticed it kept on restarting if the charger was plugged in. He said that I just had to charge it before use and then use it, but the battery depletes very fast. I already went through the motions of disabling the automatic restart and updating the Windows system. A few times it would say errors that I forget the names of as i didn’t write them down or take pictures of. Last night my laptop restarted again and when I tried to log in, it said “This sign-in option is disabled because of failed attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different s
