Windows 10: How do I log in my computer? Stuck in log screen and won't let me log in using the GoDaddy...

Hi I'm having major issues I just got a laptop and while setting it up I set it I did it through my windows Microsoft/ go daddy extension while it did let me set up when I restarted my computer I got locked I didn't even realized that I had a lock screen anyways I am assuming it's my GoDaddy account .. but when I typed the password that Is linked with the account I set up my laptop it loaded and said incorrect password ... How can I unlock my computer Also side note when I tried to reset my computer it would not let me ! WHAT DO I DOOOO

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

 

Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help?

I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer
