Windows 10: How do i log into my windows account when i have forgotten my email password my windows...

I have a virtualmachinevirtualbox and i'm using a windows 10 copy. Now i restarted my virtualmachine and realised i don't remember my password or pincode to get in again. I have tried to use anther email to get it back but no hope. I was wondering is there anyway i can get into the account? i have Vbox logs that can prove i have used it.

Also may I suggest you change email accounts to one of the following.....

Gmail
Outlook

The reason is they both use "Step two verification". This style of verification means even if a hacker gets your password they cannot log in to your account. You see every time someone try's to log in that hasn't been verified you will get a text or a phone call giving you a final code to log in. Its very easy and simple to setup also. The great thing is once you setup your Email application with a specific "application password" from that account you never have to log in again AND your account is protected from being logged in from foreign entities.

I like the new outlook personally however Gmail is also damn good. Gmail also has an IP tracker that allows you to see WHERE the account has been logged in from. Anyway let us know if you wanna change over and have any questions. We will be happy to help and welcome to TPU!

Forgotten windows password

I've taken home two of my friends laptops to fix. One has a harddrive problem that i'm fixing now. The other is a laptop given to her son by school. Because it's a laptop for children it has parental controls set high. She just wanted me to change the settings on her profile, no problem there but she has forgotten the password to her account and her sons. So I can't log on. A couple of years ago a friend of mine went on my comp wich had a password. I asked him how he logged on and he just replied "it's easy when you know how" So there must be a easy way to get around this problem. Can anyone tell me how to remove or resset the password?
