As per your query, I am led to believe that you are unable to see the current users who are logged into your computer.

I would suggest that you lock your computer by holding the windows button+L key,
once on the lock screen press any button and in the left corner of the screen you will see the list of users that are currently logged in.

I would suggest you to delete all the user account apart from the one which you are able to log in with Admin rights. Install all pending Windows and driver updates.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience. Follow the steps below to create new user account and check if that helps.

• Press “Windows Key + R".
• Type “netplwiz”.
• Click on Add and follow the onscreen instructions.
