Windows 10: How do I make a drop down list automatically change based off another cell value?

I am creating a spreadsheet for sub fees for a youth football team. I have created a drop down list for the status of the subs. However, I want to be able to input the date paid and have the drop down automatically change based on this. E.g if there is a date in the paid column, the status column drop down menu automatically changes to complete. If there is no date but it is before the date shown in the due date column, the status will automatically be due and if there is no date in the paid column and it is past the date in the due date Column it will automatically say outstanding....Does t

Drop Lists in Win10

I have several applications that use drop lists that no longer work with the mouse in Windows10. Using the mouse left click does not activate the list of options. Sometimes, you can click in the field and use the keyboard down or up arrow to see the list
options but that is not always the case. On the same machine, using Excel 2013, I can create a drop list and it works perfectly. Any suggestions?

 

Win 10 Set Time Automatically Changes time AND Date

In the Date and Time Settings dialog box, do one or more of the following:

  To change the hour, double-click the hour, and then click the arrows to increase or decrease the value.

  To change the minutes, double-click the minutes, and then click the arrows to increase or decrease the value.

  To change the seconds, double-click the seconds, and then click the arrows to increase or decrease the value.

  When you have finished changing the time settings, click OK.

Also I suggest you to check the below steps to change the time using the command prompt.

• Right click on Start and select the
  Command prompt (Admin).
• Type the word "time". Type a space, and enter the new time in the following format:
  
• HH:MM:SS AM/PM. For example, time 5:34:00 PM, time 12:15:00 AM, etc.
• Press enter or return.

How to set value of height or width of cell precisely? - ms excel Office 365

I'm going to make labels for pasting in MS Excel Microsoft Business 365. I have version 1903 (compilation 11425.20228). But they should made precisely and perfectly.

1. Now when I begin editing the height of cell in MS Excel I set the value on 15,3. Then I click OK the value is set on 15,5.
   
2. When I set the value on 15,333 then is set on 15,25.
   
3. When I write the value on 15,22222 is set on 15,25.
   

The same applies with setting width of cell. I have no clue how to deal with or solve it.

Can someone suggest me that how to do it?
