Windows 10: how do I make C:/ admin again?

I disabled my C:/ drive on my Laptop by removing the admin from it. Now I can't do too much! I can't seem to figure out how to reinstate C:/ back to admin status. I do not know a lot when it comes to working on files with Computers and/or Laptops.

  Are you connected to Domain network?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + R, type fsmgmt.msc.
• Select Shares and right click on C$.
• Select Stop Sharing.

  Press Windows +E,
  
• 
  Right click on C: drive.
  
• 
  Select Sharing Tab.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced Sharing.
  
• 
  Uncheck “Share this folder”.
