    How do I make my OWN animated Windows background?


    I have created a picture and animated (moving clouds) for a mountain scape and I would really like it as my wallpaper.

    How would I do this? I can create an animation using after effects, but what is the process of getting this video/animation as the background?

    Android phones come with Live Background. Nokia had animated themese since S60v5 but no one makes a good job of it.. I don't want a cartoon dog running around my phone, I want some sophisticated animated themes.
