Windows 10: How do i make my payment go through

I am trying to purchase Minecraft as a gift, but when I get to the very end, it says, "We’re having trouble processing your payment, and we’d like to get it sorted out. Get more info". I know my card is correct because I get charged monthly for my realm on the same one. I have not had an issue like this before, but it might be because my card is from Anguilla. Is there a way to fix this? It was not working when I was in the country, and I am now in the U.S., and it is not working here. I doubt I need to be in the country that my card is from, but I'm just saying.
