Windows 10: How do I make my standard user have admin permissions if my admin account as an invalid email

I have two user accounts on my PC: one is an admin account, and the other is a standard account, which I primarily use. The admin account was created with an invalid email address, so I rarely access it. Up until recently, I was able to use the PIN from the admin account to grant permissions when using my standard account. However, after replacing my CPU today, I was prompted to change the PINs for both accounts. Since the admin account doesn’t have a valid email, I couldn't change its PIN. As a result, I no longer have a PIN to access admin permissions, which is preventing me from launching s

Unable to perform admin tasks after converting Admin account to Standard user

We understand that after making your Admin account as a Standard user account, you are unable to perform any task that requires admin access. We would like to inform you that if we make an Admin account as a Standard account, we would not be able to
perform Admin tasks, to do so we will need permission from the Admin account.



As you have mentioned that, you have another Admin account on the computer, we can use the other account to change the account type of your account. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Login to the computer using the second account.
   
2. Press Windows key + R, to open
   Run dialog box.
   
3. Type netplwiz and click on
   OK.
   
4. Now, double click on your user account and click on
   Group Membership tab.
   
5. Select Administrator and click on
   OK (Twice).

Win7 User Admin permissions broken

Basically it's an administrative user not the root admin , I don't know what it went wrong with settings and i forogot , but the permissions for it account were messed and now it cannot delete/edit sometimes stuff that came from rar or downloader or even installs, plus cannot uninstal most of programs , it's only possible with root admin (hidden), is there a way to restore these privilegies.

Also the error points "You need administrative privilegies from Administrators/[Nickname] "
BUT I AM THE DAMN USER !!!!

It's not my PC so i really don't want to dig it up from scratch.


The PC has RAID0 so basically im not going to go over that again with a reinstall/reformat. ... takes time.

The problem is that my system has only one account that too is user account with no administrative permission, the way you suggested it will require admin account.

Now how can i make a new admin account or make that existing user account as the admin .
