Windows 10: how do I make myself an admin without privileges and having an admin account I cannot access

I tried multiple things that help other people self-promote themselves to admin, but not me. I have an admin account that I forgot the password for and I dont have the access to any of my gmail accounts after getting locked out of them. and call me poor but I don't have a phone.

An admin, if they try to browse the user folder of any other user (standard or admin) will be told they don't have access, but will be offered permanent access if they wish by clicking Continue. You won't accidentally stumble across her files, but you could look for them if you were determined. Can she trust you (or can you trust yourself) not to click Continue?

Even signed in as an admin, most of the time you are running processes or apps as a standard user anyway. Only when you try to do something that requires admin rights will you be asked (as in the folder example above) if you want to use your admin privileges. The 'harm' would be if you click 'Yes' on a UAC prompt before taking the time to think about what it is that you'd be allowing to run.

After trying net localgroup administrators there are two accounts listed: Administrator and my normal username (which I'll refer to as MyLastName). My family always uses the same account, so there are no other accounts on this machine.

After trying net user <username> on each of these accounts, the Administrator account is NOT active, but MyLastName is. Here is the screenshot for MyLastName:
