Windows 10: How do I make phone link more protected?

the last thing I want is a nosey girl looking through my gallery n messeges when shes unattended i tried turning off the features for messeges but they can still access my gallery among other things and it doesnt seem like i can set a password theres no security settings

Micorosft Account is missing from the phone -> cannot remove Reset protection!

I have checked in the link above and my phone is listed as in protection.

I have all the step done with my SIM plugged in and network connected.

I am not sure if it is an Insider build, how can I check it?

 

IE11 Tracking Protection List link broken

In IE11 (11.540.15063.0) when "Get a Tracking Protection List online..." is selected from Manage Add-Ons a 404 error is displayed for the URL Microsoft Edge

If this link is pasted into Chrome it redirects to
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/iegallery and does display the tracking protection lists.

Why is IE not showing this link?

Steps taken to try fix (unsuccessfully):

• Clear cache
• Reset IE11 settings

Thanks so much. I will certainly follow your tutorial in the future. I think resetting did the trick, and I was also able to set a pin code.

Question. I am confused about one ongoing step: "Go to www.aka.ms/addComputer" in your browser." A search for this, and other similar url's suggested in the Phone LInk setup always ends up the same way, with a trip to nowhere.
