Windows 10: How do I make start menu display "Switch User" instead of User List

I am running Windows 10 Pro 20H2. I want the Windows 10 start menu to display "Switch User" instead of displaying a list of users. like the picture listed below.

I'll word my suggestion better
From the Start Menu I want the same Log off/sleep/ switch user drop down menu except I want an additional drop down menu for switch users which will list the USER Desktop you want to go to instead of clicking switch USER then going to the USER selection screen then selecting the USER

I suggest you to follow the below steps to Switch users.

• 
  Press Ctrl + Alt + Del key altogether.
  
• 
  Click on Switch User.
  
• 
  Select the user with which you want to login.
  

If computer starts up with a user other than the one you want, login to that user account and switch user to the account that you need and check.
