Windows 10: How do I make the 2 hour wait option work?

I have this problem This sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns Use a different sign-in option, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again.Now what I did was tried to do the forget password option. But I only have the send code at phone number option. But the phone sim holder is at another country, meaning they cannot receive the code. What I thought I have to do is maybe, replace the phone number option with an email. But that was the stupidest **** I've ever do. Now I have to wait 30 days, just so I could open my laptop

WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS

So I was going to log into my windows 11 and then a message popped up saying "this sign in option is disabled of failed sign in attempts (I only failed one time why) or repeated shutdowns, use a different option or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours" AND OTHER SIGN IN OPTIONS DON'T WORK I DON'T WANNA WAIT 2 HOURS PLEASE GIVE ME ANOTHER SOLUTION FOR WINDOWS 11

 

I’ve waited 2 hours, why can’t I log back in ?

I’ve tried logging into my computer and it comes up with the message the sign in option is disabled because of failed sign in attempts or repeated shutdowns and to wait 2 hours. I have waited 2 hours and longer yet my computer won’t let me log back in ?
