Windows 10: How do I make the notification / action center open properly / stay open?

Hi, I've been on Windows 10 about 2-3 weeks now which makes it a pretty fresh install. I paid for the activation key and put the ISO file on a USB so none of it is pirated but for some reason the notification / action center will not stay open long enough for me to read ANY of the notifications. It gets them alright and it goes white when they arrive and they are there but it will only stay open for 2 seconds before closing again if I click on it to read them. Clicking on the notices themselves if I'm fast enough will also close it again and nothing will happen.I have no idea why it's do

For us to properly address your question, we would like to verify if we got your concern right. Are you trying to terminate the notification right away or let it stay visible for a few more seconds?

To change or adjust the time span of the notification, follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Ease of Access.
• Click Other options.
• In the right pane, look for Show notifications for, and adjust the duration.

hello Brink, actually it was the setting to display the app's notifications in the action center, the "show in action center" was deactivated for some apps. they showed up but didn't stay long.

now if only i could add programs that don't have installers to the list of apps in notifications.

My Youtube subscription notifications in Action Center are not opening to my browser, instead when I click them they just disappear. *Huh
