    How do I make the touchscreen wait before the mouse click action happens?


    How do I make the mouse click action slightly slower when I use the touchscreen on my surface devices?Specific example-I'm looking at a Web page and touch and drag on the screen to scroll the page but the system activates a mouse click where my finger lands before it starts scrolling the page ending up with the Web page loading the clicked linked half way through scrolling under my finger.Another example, I'm trying to select the options at the bottom of this page to select which section this goes in to and the drop down menu opens and when I try to slide the menu with the touch screen, it sel
