Windows 10: How do I meet criteria & how do I contact my administrator?

I'm trying to complete the beginning of a new job and I need to start some courses. However, as I attempt to login, I get redirected to login through Microsoft. When I attempt to login, I am being told "You cannot access this right now Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource. For example, you might be signing in from a browser, app, or location that is restricted by your admin."

Can't Upgrade But I meet Criteria

I meet all of the criteria to upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10. My processor is listed as supported. But, when I do a PC Health Check it gives me this message:

The Processor isn't currently supported for Windows 11

Processor: Intel Core i7-6700K CPU at 4.00 GHz

The remainder is all ok.

My system is:

Dell XPS 8900

Processor: Intel Core i7-6700K CPU at 4.00 GHz 4.01GHz

Ram: 16.0 GB

64 Bit

Windows 10 Pro

Version: 21H2

Build: 19044.1348

What can I do? Your help is greatly appreciated.

 

Deleting contacts from Windows 10


When you say Windows Mail Live are you referring to Mail app or Windows Live Mail?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Live Mail.
• Press Ctrl + 3 using your keyboard. Right-click on the contact to delete it if it is a single contact.
• Highlight all contacts by pressing Ctrl + A.
• Click Delete located on the Ribbon bar.
• Click OK when you see the message These contacts will also be deleted from Hotmail, Messenger, and other Windows Live services.

After following the steps above, all your contacts that you have manually added to your account will be deleted however, contacts coming from third-party sites such as Facebook will not be deleted unless you remove Facebook from your account.

For Mail app:

Open People app then delete the contact.

pin code does not meet criteria/can not log onto computer

Last night a box popped up stating that I needed to add a pin to my computer as it did not meet the requirements. I thought it was due to me logging into my OneDrive that is run by my schools administrator. I put in a 4 digit pin and kept on with my work. At 1050p last night I received this email that says this:

Your current passcode does not meet compliance standards, please update it. PLEASE NOTE I DELETED THE NUMBERS THAT ARE ATTACHED TO MY DEVICE.

I completed all my assignments for class and went to bed. I locked my computer as I always have. Normally I just click the unlock button and it opens. Never had to have a password/pin until last night. Well this morning when I click to login in. It said OWNER and not my Name SHIDA-PC then it asked for OLD PIN and then there was the two boxes to input new pin as it said mine did not meet the criteria. I tried to put my 4 digit pin that I just created last night and change it to a new pin and it told me username/pin is invalid.

I am so confused and don't know what to do. Is there anyone who can guide me? I contacted my school IT department as they were listed in the email and they advised they are not sure what is wrong or why. They suggested that I only got the email as I was trying to sign in to my school's OneDrive. They told me to reach out to Microsoft.
