Windows 10: How do I move a folder from one place to another on drive C?

Drag and drop from one Windows Explorer directory to another doesn't work for me. Trial and error shows the following doesn't work either:

If I right-click on the folder name, a selector view opens but it doesn't have an option for "Move to". It has an option for "Send to", but I don't see a facility to select a place, other than several pre-selected places, none of which I want.

The selector view has an option for "Copy" but when I select it, nothing happens.

  Right click on C: drive.
  
• 
  Select Sharing Tab.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced Sharing.
  
• 
  Uncheck “Share this folder”.

How do I move photos from the my photo app to the pictures folder on the C drive?

Moved a folder from another drive and rename and it still shows as the old folder name in certain places

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check the behavior.

• Create a new folder name it as 'My Videos'.
• Now copy/cut and paste the contents which are in the folder "Videos", and delete the folder "Videos".
• Now check the behavior.
