    How do I move a logical drive 2 hard drives to windows 10?


    I purchased a system that I put together almost 15 years ago. Originally it had a 64gb ssd sata drive as my system drive containing windows 7 and a 1tb hitachi hard drive for data storage. Eventually I ran out of space on my 1tb drive and I added a 4tb seagate barracuda creating one logical drive out of the two using the inbuilt windows partition system software. I'm still running an updated version of windows 7.A few weeks ago, it wouldn't boot and after some testing it appears that the ssd system drive is no longer functional. I tried different sata ports so I know that's not the issue and I

    Windowed Hard Drives

    On the contrary, showing off "slow tech" by adding a window to a hard drive is a "dumb" idea. Do you really want to be showing off a whole "7200-10000 RPM of power" or would you rather show off a plain SSD drive? (If you really desire to "show off")

    Adding any window to any drive is just stupid. I just suggested an easier option for you since manufactures don't put windows on the latest hard drives.

    I would suggest you to perform Check Disk on your hard drive and check if it helps.

    Follow the below steps:


    • Press Windows + X on your keyboard.

    • Select Command Prompt (Admin).

    • Type the below commands.



      Cskdsk [drive letter]: /f /r
