Windows 10: How do I move files from C-drive to D-drive when I keep getting Windows error 0x8007016A code??

I need to free up C-drive space by moving files to my D-drive. I have OneDrive. Everything I read says to unlink my OneDrive account, but I keep getting a Windows error 0x8007016A code when I try to move files. Please help.BTW, I don't get a "Move" option when right-clicking on a file in Explorer as the articles suggest is the step to move the files.

C drive to D drive

So for some reason with this new PC, all of my applications and files were downloaded to my C drive automatically, when I wanted them in the D drive. So i took all of the files in the C drive and copy-pasted them to the D drive, then uninstalled everything
from my C drive thinking this would resolve my issue. Well I was clearly wrong and now cant run any of my applications, or even reinstall them. My PC is jam packed with error codes whenever I try to do anything. I even tried to do a full reset of my PC and
reset my windows 10 fresh, but the PC wont even let me do that, giving me the error code that there is no windows 10 installation file found. I need this resolved.

Error code 0x70070005 when moving data from C drive to D drive

I have low space on the C drive and lots of space on the D drive so I've tried moving things from the C drive to the D drive than it says Error code 0x70070005 access is denied I've tried googling it and it says to try to update windows 11 and reset windows and scan for viruses and malware but nothing has worked .
