Windows 10: How do I move my windows 10 to my new SSD

I have a hard drive that currently has Windows 10 installed on it. Recently, I got an SSD to upgrade the boot speeds. How do I go about updating it?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
